Disneyland Part Deux!

Ok, here goes part 2 of the trip...with a little more explanation! I'll just explain by each pic and try to tie it all together at the end. :oD

Explanation of this close up:
So in several lines people doted on Emma like she was just the cutest chubby-cheeked baby they'd ever seen. They could goo at her, gah at her, just talk in the sweetest smile-iest baby voices ever, and this is about as much smile as she would give them! The little stinker...(always with that bottom lip out too...)

Ok...so all-in-all: FANTASTIC trip! The weather was mid-80s every day, the condo was AWESOME, the company was GREAT, and we had a BLAST!!! THANK YOU GARY for everything you did to accommodate us!!! THANK YOU MOM for coming and helping and having so much fun with us! THANK YOU GRANDMA AND GARY for taking the kids here and there so we could have a break!!!!!

Ok..so we were at a kid's thrift store looking for small/wide shoes for Emma. Caitlin managed to find these puppies, and couldn't figure out WHY I wouldn't let her get them!!!!

Luckily I convinced her to settle for these bad boys. Not too shabby...better than bright neon yellow jelly shoes, ok?
IHOP tradition with Grandpa Brian. And YES...that's my dad pouring samples of each syrup on spoons for the girls to try-out. They took FOR-EVER making our food...so we had to eat the syrup as an appetizer. ;o)

Disneyland, Part Uno

Ok...so I don't have all the pics and such that I wanted quite yet, but these will have to do. And I'm short on time right now with a baby that keeps waking up tonight, so it'll be mostly pictures.

We snuck away to Disneyland with my mom this past Mon-Wed!!! It was a blast, and a whirlwind trying to get everything done with 3 kids in 3 days! I LOVED it, the girls LOVED it, Nate LOVED it (well, I think he did at least ;o). Here are some pics...I'll try to fill in the details later, eh?

Wonderful Holiday Season!

We have been able to enjoy this past Holiday season with so many friends and family! Short recap:

Nate's sister Heather and her hubby Zacharius ;o) came to stay with us the week before Christmas. We had our little 'Santa Christmas' on the Saturday before Christmas, and then we loaded up the van for 2 weeks in FREEZING Utah. We were able to see friends, family, more friends and more family! Thank you to all of you that let us stay at your house, and for everything that you all did for us during our stay! Ok...enough of the talk...here's the pics:

We were able to meet up with Scott and Katie and their cute girlies for a little while during our trip. It made it REALLY HARD to only be able to hang out with them for a few hours. However, it was so wonderful to be able to get together, and just pick up where we left off...as if thousands of miles, and 6 months hadn't kept us apart. Bella and Maddie have gotten so big! The girls had so much fun playing!

Nielson Family Christmas party. Ok...so this was supposed to be the ONE AND ONLY family picture at the Christmas dinner that Carrie was going to take. So notice how everyone is smiling and NOT goofing off? Oh wait...nevermind. Thanks Buns...ya weirdo!

HAPPY NEW YEAR! The girls stayed up soooo late, but finally fell asleep at about 11:30pm. Rather than suffering the wrath the next day for not waking them back up, we woke them up a few minutes before midnight to bang pots and pans, watch Sarah & Jake's fireworks, and drink Sparkling Apple Cider (that they'd been begging all day for). They both walked outside like zombies, and Abby lightly tapped her pot and said sleepishly "Happy Birthday." It was so hilarious!
