i'm not much of a camper...super 8 is seriously roughing it for me. BUT...we gave nate a sweet tent for father's day, so when the ward campout was the next weekend, we packed up and headed out for some fun. the girls slept great, the weather wasn't too bad, and it was so fun to hang out with friends from the ward.
the girls 'quarters'
makin' some s'mores with gigantic marshmallows
no need to roast or anything. she's happy with the largest marshmallow she's ever seen.
cait and madisen...fun little playground by the campground.
our little camping model
we're supposed to do nate's family's campout towards the end of july. we'll see if my massive belly allows for it. my belly is already bigger now than it was when i delivered all of the girls. another 4 weeks you say?! i think i might just pop. really. i don't think i've ever truly experienced the extreme 'uncomforts' of pregnancy, but now i am paying my dues. gross swollen feet, huge belly, crazy emotions, the 'waddle', and people saying "you MUST be due any day". love that one. oh well, i guess when the baby is measuring huge, and it's a boy, this is what i get! i am getting super excited to meet this little one though (or should i say 'big' one). i'm sure it will be a barrel of monkeys with 4 kids, but i'm just about to my limit of sanity. i guess it's good that pregnancy isn't super wonderful and comfortable, then we wouldn't want to have the baby and have sleepless nights, etc. right? so we'll see how it goes....
